I urge you to support making our patent monetization system stronger, not weakening our litigation system.

1. Contact your Senator immediately–the Senate will be voting on the Patent Litigation Integrity Act (S. 1621) at 10 AM EST on December 17, 2013.

3. Send your Senator a copy of the link to this letter (http://www.investinip.com/letter-senate-december-7-2013/)–he will know you are serious about saving our Patent Clause.
4. Ask your Senator to save our Patent Clause by rejecting the Patent Litigation Integrity Act (S. 1612).
5. Instead of weakening our litigation system, ask your Senator help make our patent monetization system better, by making it aligned with open, free-market principles and with the Founding Fathers’ intent behind the Constitution’s Patent Clause (you can read more here — http://www.investinip.com/how-do-we-achieve-patent-reform/).
6. And please, please, please–Share (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) this with your colleagues and encourage them to contact their Senators as well.
